Spiced roasted almonds

For anyone who loves roasted almonds these are rich and crunchy with the perfect hit of flavour!


1 cup raw almondsIMG_2878

1 1/2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt


1 – Preheat oven to 160C

2 – Place all ingredients in a big bowl and mix through thoroughly

3 – Line a baking tray and place spiced almonds on tray

4 – Cook for 15-20 minutes, mixing them up at the half way mark.

5 – ENJOY!
