Hydrating skin food smoothie

A refreshing green smoothie which will be guaranteed to fuel you like a boss for the rest of the day. Zesty, cooling and packed full of nutritious ingredients – make this your next go to smoothie and I can guarantee you will be left feeling charged and ready to go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 40 grams handful spinach
  • 300mls Coconut water – Vita coco
  • 150 grams/half cucumber
  • Small handful of fresh mint
  • 25 grams ginger
  • 1 lime
  • Ice cubes
  • Vanilla Protein Powder optional

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients apart from the ice cubes in a blender and combine until smooth. Serve with some ice and enjoy immediately.

Note: I have also added vanilla protein powder to this which also tasted amazing!
