- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 2 tbs raw cacao powder
- 3 pitted dates
- 10 cashews/15 grams
- 400 ml Almond milk or your choice of milk, add a little more if you have decided to add in some protein powder.
- Ice cubes to serve
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Once blended serve with ice and try not to guzzle it down in one go.
