So who am I?
Let’s start from the beginning.
My name is Lucy Thomson. My parents are both British however I was born in Marbella, Spain where I lived for 10 years prior to moving to Bali with my mum and older brother, Jack. After a year in Bali I was sent off to boarding school in Perth, Western Australia where I finished high school and went on to study Events Management.
In December 2013 my now husband, Sam and I decided to pack up and leave Australia to travel around Central America for a few months before landing in London where we resided for 5 years (2013-2018).
During my first two years in London I worked in Chelsea as a property manager. I enjoyed the role however I knew I had to pursue my dreams of working in the health and fitness industry as I was (and still am!) very passionate for all things health, fitness, food & nutrition.
I was fortunate enough to attend various colleges and schools around London (The College of Naturopathic Medicine, Premier Training & Leiths Culinary School of Food) to learn and expand my knowledge in the health and fitness industry and gain a variety of certificates/diplomas in these fields.
I returned back to Perth in September 2018 where I work as a Pilates Instructor and a mobile Personal Trainer. I operate at various different studios around Perth teaching Pilates, TRX & circuit based classes. I also hold outdoor boot camp sessions in Swanbourne on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
Working in health and fitness in London has also allowed me to gain extensive experience with some of the best in their field. I am passionate about continuing to learn and expand my knowledge to be able to deliver to my clients the level and quality of service they deserve.
