Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Nutrition Advisor

I offer a wide range of services focusing on bespoke personal training, bootcamps/group classes, pilates and nutrition coaching – all tailored to your own needs.

My aim is to always try and keep up to date with the latest trends and courses to ensure I provide the best service I can to you.

Not only do I love fitness but I am a passionate foodie who loves all things health and nutrition. I believe health and fitness go hand in hand so it is very important for me to be able to provide both these services to you.


I offer a variety of different options however each session will typically run for 45 minutes. My specialities include; weight loss, weight management, resistance training, HIIT (high intensity interval training to help you gain lean muscle mass and to increase your fitness capacity. I offer these services in the comfort of your own home, local park or a Personal Training Studio which will be confirmed on request.

Small Group Training

Split the cost and enjoy training with you and up to 3 friends, motivate each-other and have a bit of fun with your sessions.


A great sociable class which incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training), weight training using body weights and free weights as well as suspension training (TRX). Want to meet new people, get fit or loose weight – this is the perfect class for you!

Bespoke Bootcamps
Want to set up a bootcamp for you and your friends? All you need is a minimum of 4 people to attend – it couldn’t be easier! Price dependent on number of attendees which will be available upon request.

Nutritional Coaching

There is so much confusing information in todays day and age, with fad diets popping up left right and centre, it is no wonder people are getting confused as to how to eat ‘healthy’ and loose weight through nutrition.

Often, people fall short when it comes to their diet. For this reason I offer personalised nutritional advice for every client I take on.

I am here to help educate you to be a healthier version of yourself through a wholefoods approach to help you maintain your weight loss and have a healthy balanced relationship with food.
