I offer a wide range of services focusing on bespoke personal training, bootcamps, pilates and nutrition coaching – all tailored to your own needs.
I am a level 3 Reps qualified Personal Trainer based in South West London. I predominantly work in Fulham, Parsons Green, Chelsea and the Kensington area however I am more than happy to travel to suit your requirements.I have also completed a course in kettle bells and circuit outdoor training. In addition to these I have also completed a course in Suspension Training (TRX) and spinning.
My aim is to always try and keep up to date with the latest trends and courses to ensure I provide the best service I can to you.
Not only do I love fitness but I am a passionate foodie who loves all things health and nutrition. I believe health and fitness go hand in hand so it is very important for me to be able to provide both these services to you.
I offer a variety of different options, each session will typically run for an hour and they focus on weight loss, gaining lean muscle mass, increasing fitness capacity, toning as well training as specific fitness goals. I am more than happy to offer these services in the comfort of your own home, local park or a Personal Training Studio which will be confirmed on request.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

A great sociable class which incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training), weight training using body weights and free weights as well as suspension training (TRX). Want to meet new people, get fit or loose weight for your upcoming holiday or event – this is the perfect class for you!
Want to set up a bootcmap for you and your friends? All you need is a minimum of 4 people to attend – it couldn’t be easier! Price dependent on number of attendees which will be available upon request.

I am here to help educate you to be a healthier version of yourself through a wholefoods approach to help you maintain your weight loss and have a healthy balanced relationship with food. I will not only educate you on all things nutrition, but teach you how to shop and cook healthy yet delicious foods!
