“I was looking for a personal trainer as I was out of shape and lacking in both motivation and self confidence. I met Lucy for a chat and knew instantly that she was the trainer for me. She was warm, extremely personable and put me at ease immediately. “I first met Lucy when she was teaching a group class at Slice Studios in Parsons Green. I immediately warmed to her and her approach and enquired about PT. I was at the time recovering from a knee injury due to a bad induction at a local gym and also a sinus operation which resulted in me being off exercise for a considerable amount of time with the addition of steroids which made me gain over 1 stone in weight. I was not in a good place physically and my overall confidence in myself was at an all time low.  I was keen to get my fitness back and so invested in a series of classes pre summer.   Very quickly I was feeling better in myself and slowly toning up.
